Martin Bühler is an associate with Sugden, McFee & Roos. He has a civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial litigation. Martin has experience in a wide variety of areas, including contract disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment related issues, maritime claims and class actions.

Martin has appeared as sole counsel and as junior counsel before the BC and Ontario Courts on applications, trials and appeals.

In addition to practicing law, Martin is a Maritime Surface Officer with the Canadian Forces Naval Reserve.
