E. David Crossin, Q.C. was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1977. He has recently joined the partnership of Sugden, McFee & Roos. Mr. Crossin has had a broad range of litigation experience over the course of his career. He has acted in numerous criminal, civil and administrative matters and has appeared as counsel in all levels of Court, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is often retained by other lawyers concerning personal issues including matters relating to the Law Society of British Columbia. Mr. Crossin instructs on a variety of legal issues for Continuing Legal Education. He has participated in Conduct Reviews on behalf of the Law Society of British Columbia. He was the Law Society of British Columbia's appointment to the Board of Directors of the Legal Services Society from 1995 to 1998 and is a current member of the Board of Directors.
