Throughout her professional career, Deborah Cumberford has worked exclusively as a research lawyer and counsel, first for the Law Reform Commission of British Columbia and then with two of Vancouver's larger law firms. Deborah commenced working for Sugden, McFee & Roos in 1996 and in April of 2005, joined the firm on a formal, full time basis. Her areas of expertise include fiduciary obligations and equitable remedies; malicious prosecution; defamation; conflict of laws; company law; liability insurance and defence coverage issues.
