Richard Fernyhough was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1994. He recently joined Sugden, McFee & Roos as a senior associate. Mr. Fernyhough's practice includes commercial litigation and criminal and administrative law matters, the latter focusing on professional misconduct and regulatory offences.
