Allison joined Sugden, McFee & Roos LLP after her call to the bar in 2008. Since then, she has developed a general litigation practice, with a focus on representing injured parties in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Allison has worked extensively in the area of personal injury and has been successful counsel in a number of injury cases, both as junior and more recently lead counsel, that have proceeded to trial. Allison enjoys advocating for her clients and, in addition to trial, has successfully resolved numerous claims through mediation, or pre-trial negotiation.

Personal injury claims can be complicated and overwhelming for clients, but Allison makes an effort to work with her clients through the challenging moments. She never loses sight of the fact that her clients have often suffered a terrible loss, and makes it her responsibility to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve to transition into a healthy and productive future. She welcomes the opportunity to represent you.
