Mike has been a partner in the firm since 2013.  

He has a broad litigation practice and has acted as counsel in cases involving a wide-range of civil, administrative and criminal matters. A significant component of Mike's practice involves acting for individuals and companies in corporate commercial disputes.

At the same time, Mike has a particular interest in personal injury matters and wrongful death claims, having acted for many years for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle accident and medical negligence actions. He has significant expertise assisting injured clients who have sustained traumatic brain injuries and/or catastrophic physical injuries.

With respect to criminal matters, Mike has been counsel in a variety of cases on behalf of both the Crown and the accused.

Mike appears frequently as counsel before all levels of Court in British Columbia.

  • Acted for a woman who sustained significant injuries in an automobile roll-over accident
