Beth Allan is an Associate at Sugden, McFee & Roos. Prior to joining the firm in 2018 she worked as an Associate at a national law firm in Vancouver.
Beth practices general civil litigation acting for clients in a variety of breach of contract and tort claims including commercial disputes, wrongful dismissals and negligence claims. She resolves claims through negotiation and mediation and has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in the Federal Court of Canada.
A portion of Beth’s practice involves professional regulation and advising clients with respect to disciplinary matters and other regulatory processes. She has appeared as counsel before hearing panels and acted as independent counsel to administrative tribunals.
